Presentation

Diana Tettü Pochon joined FRILegal SA in 2019 as associate attorney-at-law. She obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in 2016 and was awarded the title of Certified Specialist SBA Labour Law by the Swiss Bar Association. She is a member of the West Switzerland Association of Employment Law Specialists.

 

With over 10 years of practice as attorney-at-law and in a multinational company, she gained substantial experience in litigation and advising companies of all sizes, individuals as well as public entities, this in both local and international contexts.

 

Her main fields of expertise are individual and collective employment law, public service labour relations as well as related areas such as social security or pension fund matters. Her other fields of practice include contract law, civil and administrative procedure as well as debt collection and bankruptcy law.

 

Diana Tettü Pochon effectively advises her clients by providing workable solutions in their day-to-day needs as well as in more complex issues such as restructuring (outsourcing, transfer of undertaking, mass redundancy, social plan), expatriation, workplace conflicts or independent in-house investigations (e.g. in matters of moral or sexual harassment).

 

She practices mainly in French and English. She also speaks Polish and German.
